Framing Analysis
The IAEA's 35-nation Board of Governors approved a U.S.-backed resolution on June 10 requiring Iran to declare and permit verification of its remaining enriched uranium stocks. The measure passed 21-3 with 10 abstentions after being submitted by the United States, Britain, France, and Germany. Iran has not informed the IAEA about enriched uranium from sites damaged in prior Israeli and U.S. strikes or allowed inspectors access to those locations.
