The Trump administration has filed a petition asking the Supreme Court to permit the Pentagon to enforce restrictions on service by individuals with gender dysphoria and to reverse a lower court decision blocking the policy. The filing marks the second time the issue has reached the Court. Lower courts have previously halted implementation of the restrictions.
