On July 13 the UK government applied proscription-style powers to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Islamic Movement of Companions of the Right. The designations, which require parliamentary approval, follow a series of antisemitic incidents including an arson attack on Hatzola ambulances in Golders Green. The same powers were previously used against Russia's GRU.
